agencies. We know what works and what doesn't. Our products have to
meet their exacting standards for flexibility and wear.
We offer Hot Cracksealing, where as the
filler material is heated to up to 400 degrees and then extruded into previously
cleaned joints and cracks. This method forms a resilient and adhesive
compound that seals joints and cracks against moisture infiltration, thus
providing longevity to asphalt surfaces.

Our
Hot-Fired products are composed of select oils, resins, polymers,
plasticizers, stabilizers and asphalt cement. The products we
use are climate specific. Some are designed for hotter summer
temperatures, while others are designed for higher elevations where
summers are cool and winters are extremely cold.
Controlled
Application
We thoroughly clean all joints and cracks utilizing compressed air and/or
our high-revolution, rotary wire wheeled cleaning unit. This
controlled application process ensures proper surface bonding, and helps to
assure a complete seal. Then using our oil-jacketed applicator units, we digitally
monitor temperatures inside the applicator, thus assuring optimum
application temperature for superior sealant performance.
