A Penetrating Rejuvenator

SealCo RS-90 is designed and engineered to penetrate and rejuvenate worn-out asphalt surfaces.    SealCo RS-90 penetrates the pavement surface and replaces the oils and binders that mother nature baked out of the pavement over time.  These oils and binders are the integral part of asphalt that that keeps the pavements flexible and bound together.

SealCo RS-90 is a liquefied bitumen consisting of select grade asphalt binders and plasticizers blended with a fast drying petroleum cutter stock.  SealCo RS-90 contains antioxidants, adhesives and chemicals not present in highly refined crude oil base asphalts.  SealCo RS-90 seals out water to protect the base substrate and helps eliminate water deterioration.  Modern, highly refined and modified asphalts must have these resins and oils for pavement flexibility.  SealCo RS-90 seals in these resins and oils necessary for proper flexibility, while adding antioxidants, binders, and a tough and durable protection necessary to greatly improve asphalt pavement life.  SealCo RS-90 truly is a penetrating rejuvenator.

Exposure to oxygen hardens asphalt binders and results in a brittle pavement surface that will soon crack.  SealCo RS-90 provides the necessary resins and oils to rejuvenate the pavements bonding agents and helps to greatly reduce the effects of oxidation on the carbon molecules that make up asphalt cement.  The penetrating effects SealCo RS-90 restore brittle pavement surfaces and ultimately help protect against cracking.
